We are seeking a Manufacturing Business Analyst for our Coaticook, QC site (on-site position). Your mission: identify opportunities to improve our business and manufacturing processes, engage teams across all departments, and contribute to building the tools that bring our clients’ projects to life. A strategic role at the intersection of innovation, digital transformation, and company growth.
A Pivotal Role On A Large Team
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our business and manufacturing processes, and how our systems integrate across the organization.
- Understand how our plant teams use our technologies to deliver our customers’ projects.
- Gain insight into both business processes and shop floor realities, and ensure alignment with the systems that support them.
- Analyze, document, and measure business and production processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Define manufacturing processes, logic, and specifications that our developers will use to build or enhance our technologies.
- Design, write, and update functional and technical specifications for projects.
- Manage and prioritize design, development, and implementation projects to support our business plan.
- Support teams in adopting changes.
- Contribute to the evolution and integration of our systems (product configurator, MES, APS, operator assistance tools) within an Industry 4.0 approach.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with internal teams, IT teams, and external partners.
- Represent, support, and embody the company’s core values and management philosophy.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.

- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization, from office staff to the production floor.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management tools, and artificial intelligence tools.
- Comfortable working with data architectures and multi-system environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify the real needs behind requests and determine root causes of problems.
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify waste and simplify both business and production processes.
- Naturally curious, with a strong interest in new trends and technologies.
- Demonstrates initiative, leadership, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. The required level of English is due to the frequent collaboration with our internal and external partners who communicate exclusively in English.
