In an organizational transformation context, where digital innovation and process optimization are at the heart of our evolution, we are looking for a Large-scale IT Program Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives. Reporting to the deputy management, you will ensure both organizational and operational leadership. You will support the overall vision of the City’s digital transformation and take charge of planning, orchestrating, and integrated governance of interdependent, high-criticality projects. You will also play a transversal governance role and ensure the coordination of IT and business project managers involved in the various programs.
You navigate complex environments, influence at the executive level, and ensure the delivery of measurable and sustainable benefits both technologically and organizationally.
You will assess and recommend the human, material, and financial resource needs required for the smooth running of the activities you oversee and manage the budgets allocated to you. You will submit detailed reports and will be called upon to make presentations regarding the activities for which you are responsible.
Results-oriented, you will guide, direct, and supervise the members of the program team under your charge in the execution of their respective mandates, determine the general order of priorities, define objectives, and communicate your expectations.
