As an IT Services Coordinator, your mission will be to supervise the work of support technicians, by planning, controlling and evaluating activities related to customer services. Your role will also consist of ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and ensuring the overall efficiency of your department.

  • Plan and assign tasks to technicians based on customer requests
  • Monitor work progress and close tickets
  • Supervise the work team
  • Organize and lead meetings, if necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals
  • Evaluate your team members annually
