We are looking for an IT Supervisor to join our team in Coaticook. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating quality control activities during development and at all stages of the production process, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.

A pivotal role on a large team
The successful candidate will contribute to the company's success by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the IT team, ensuring effective task distribution, priorities, and daily operations.
- Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of IT systems across the three manufacturing sites.
- Oversee servers, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications, storage, backups, disaster recovery, and all technology equipment.
- Manage incidents, service requests, preventive maintenance, system updates, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, security standards, technical procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate infrastructure and technology projects with the IT Director, business analysts, and programmers.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and optimize technology use, including AI initiatives.
- Participate in IT budget planning and operational follow-up.
- Collaborate with plant and office users to ensure IT services align with operational needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

To meet this challenge successfully, we're looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment and pride, with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, network management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including team supervision or coordination.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Position based in Coaticook, Quebec, with occasional travel to St. Catharines, Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Verge.io.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
