- Déterminer et documenter les problèmes rencontrés par les utilisateur(-trice)s.
- Repérer et implanter des solutions en se référant aux guides d'utilisation et aux manuels techniques.
- Conseiller et former les utilisateur(-trice)s en réponse aux difficultés éprouvées.
- Fournir du soutien aux utilisateur(-trice)s de systèmes administratif, réseau et Internet.
- Tenir un journal documentant les problèmes et les solutions.
- Participer à la rédaction de spécifications pour des applications ou des logiciels.
- Superviser du personnel, s'il y a lieu.
- Français parlé et écrit - Moyen
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC), Techniques de l'informatique - Gestion de réseaux informatiques
- Assiduité et ponctualité
