The Mission

Strategic Relationships

• Build and maintain trusting relationships within major companies in the Montreal region, including some accounts in Quebec City
• Act as a key strategic advisor, understanding clients' business priorities
• Participate in executive forums, industry roundtables, and high-level events to strengthen personal and professional positioning the company

Business Development and Key Account Management

• Define and execute an expansion strategy for a portfolio of high-potential strategic accounts
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, solution architecture, customized value proposition, negotiation, and closing
• Ensure a robust and predictable sales pipeline with ambitious revenue targets

Desired Profile

Background and Experience

• University Degree
• 5 to 10 years of B2B business development experience
• Proven track record of successful sales closures
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify true decision-making centers
