Your Mission

Lead the development of our core AI systems across agentic AI, predictive modeling, NLP, and matching algorithms. You’ll turn our unique dataset (1M+ profiles, 150+ jobs/day, 500+ resumes/day) into intelligent automation used by thousands of organizations.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior AI Developer, you will be a core builder of NexMatch’s AI stack, including:

Agentic AI workflows powering autonomous recruiting actions
Generative AI - job descriptions, translations, compensation benchmarks, etc.
Predictive modeling (forecasting future role openings)
Matching & ranking engines (Smart Match)
Data pipelines ingesting from jobboards, ATS systems, and third-party data partners

You Bring

4–8+ years in ML/AI engineering
Strong Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, NLP, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs
Strong experience with:
- high-performance web applications using Laravel and PHP.
- SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- RESTful APIs and third-party service integration.
- front-end development (Vue.js, React, or similar is a plus).
Deep knowledge with deploying production-grade ML systems
Ability to deliver fast in a high-growth SaaS environment
