Techso is looking for a PLM Business Analyst to support our clients in analyzing their processes and implementing innovative digital solutions in Canada and internationally.

What You'll Do

Depending on the projects assigned to you, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing business contexts and identifying all relevant stakeholders, including the teams, groups, and processes involved;
• Gathering and understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into clear, precise, and actionable objectives;
• Structuring, documenting, and maintaining functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring their continued alignment with business needs;
• Collaborating with technical and operational teams to design solutions that address identified challenges;
• Facilitating collaborative workshops with stakeholders to validate, refine, and improve proposed solutions;
• Working closely with the Business Process Architect to prepare transformation documentation and validate business cases once solutions have been implemented;
• Supporting clients throughout the various stages of transformation, including change management and business process optimization;
• Actively contributing to testing, qualification, and validation activities to ensure solutions meet defined requirements;
• Leveraging your business analysis expertise to support and mentor other teams across the organization.

What We're Looking For

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or mechanical engineering;
• At least four years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the aeronautics or aerospace industry;
• Solid experience in Product Lifecycle Management, including business process analysis and the implementation or support of PLM solutions such as Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Siemens;
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications;
• A good understanding of relational databases and SQL;
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Minitab;
• The ability to model and break down business processes using modeling tools such as ARIS, IcePanel, or C4;
• Knowledge of a programming language, particularly Visual Basic;
• Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, training users, and presenting solutions to stakeholders;
• Professional proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada, and internationally, including English-speaking clients;
• The ability to travel within the Montreal area to meet clients as needed, along with a willingness to pursue international assignments and relocate for projects abroad.
