- Team supervision
- Level 1 to 3 support
- Continuous improvement in Cybersecurity
- Implementing IT projects
- Analysis and recommendations of IT projects
- Shop Microsoft (Office 365/Exchange)
- Networking skills intermediate
- IP Telephony / Mobile
- Virtualization VEEAM / VMWare
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Cybersecurity certification
- Bilingualism
- Curiosity and resourcefulness
