• Team supervision
• Level 1 to 3 support
• Continuous improvement in Cybersecurity
• Implementing IT projects
• Analysis and recommendations of IT projects
• Shop Microsoft (Office 365/Exchange)
• Networking skills intermediate
• IP Telephony / Mobile
• Virtualization VEEAM / VMWare

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position
• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Cybersecurity certification
• Bilingualism
• Curiosity and resourcefulness
