Azure Administrator

Techso is looking to expand its IT team. You will work as an Azure Cloud Administrator to meet the needs of our customers based in Montreal and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with business analysts, determine and understand business needs in order to recommend solutions and design architectures that meet needs and objectives.
• Select appropriate cloud services and deploy applications according to requirements.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of governance and architecture practices
• Create various value-added solution architecture documents and deliverables
• Provide expertise to enable IT management to make informed technology decisions
• Participate in the analysis and performance management of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Design and support system monitoring infrastructure, create and implement cloud platform automation, monitoring and alerting elements.

Skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Very good command of a large-scale virtualization and cloud environment
• Azure certification
• Experience in DevSecOps security best practices, penetration testing, certificate management.
• Experience in CI/CD automation
• Good technical knowledge (AWS or Azure platform, Linux, Windows, MacOS)
• Good knowledge of Ansible
• Positive, dynamic and proactive attitude
• Demonstrate leadership skills
• Strong ability to adapt and manage priorities
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, as some of your customers will be English-speaking
• Good interpersonal skills and love of teamwork!
