Solutions Architect - Information Technology (IT)

In order to meet the needs of its clients in the ICT sector, KAAYU TECHNOLOGIES is looking for technology architecture consultants (solution architecture) motivated to carry out mandates.

Specific description of responsibilities

• Support and advise clients in the design and implementation of technology architecture projects (solution architecture)
• Conduct risk analyses to identify deployment hazards
• Issue technological solutions taking into account the clients' technological and business architecture orientations
• Lead, as needed, work with the development and technology architecture teams involving the design and optimization of technological solutions. Design and update technological architecture plans
• Participate in the development of deadlines and deliverables for the various technological architecture projects and subsequently approve them
• Evaluate offers from cloud solution providers and select those that meet the quality/price criteria and business needs of customers
• Prioritize implementation operations based on the budget and associated costs
• Produce all technical documentation, presentation support and reports for training needs
• Act as an expert for project teams and be the main referent
• Collaborate with all other stakeholders to make decisions and identify appropriate solutions

Description of the profile sought

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering (computer science, software), or any other discipline related
• 5 to 15 years of experience in the ICT field
• Relevant experience of at least 03 (three) years in technology/solution architecture
• Experience as a solution architecture consultant
• Experience with Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Knowledge of agile Scrum/Waterfall and conventional project management methodologies
• Knowledge of systems architecture and architecture methodologies (TOGAF)
• Knowledge of virtualized environments and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), an asset
• Knowledge of Windows server environments, SQL, etc.
• Experience with the following programming languages and tools: Power BI, Dynamics 365, SSIS SSRS, Sharepoint, SQL Server, .Net, C#
• Good knowledge of IT security
• Excellent command of the MS Office suite
• Good communication and writing skills in French and English
• Mobility (an asset)
