Account Director, Strategic Development
We are looking for an exceptional Account Director, capable of growing, influencing, and building strong relationships.
With natural executive credibility, you will orchestrate complex sales cycles, build lasting relationships with strategic decision-makers, and position solutions as drivers of transformation in the most demanding environments.
Your Mission
- Build and maintain relationships of trust within large companies in the Quebec City region (including government)
- Act as a key strategic advisor, understanding priorities
- Participate in executive forums, industry roundtables, and high-level events to strengthen your positioning and that of the company.
Business Development & Key Account Management
- Define and execute an expansion strategy for a portfolio of high-potential strategic accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, solution architecture, customized value proposition, negotiation, and closing.
- Ensure a robust and predictable sales pipeline with ambitious revenue targets.
Desired Profile
Career & Experience
- University Degree
- 10 years of experience in B2B business development within technology environments
- Proven track record of closing sales at the executive level
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify true decision-making centers.
- High relational and emotional intelligence: strategic listening, contextual adaptation, and management of internal account political dynamics.
- Sharp business acumen enabling the connection of clients' strategic challenges to the distinctive capabilities of our solutions.
