Techso is expanding its team and is looking for a Business Analyst to contribute to client projects across Canada.
To succeed in this role, you must:
Be mobile within the Montreal area, as you will need to adapt to your client’s schedule.
Be fluent in both French and English (spoken and written), as both are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients across Canada.
Be comfortable working in complex and evolving environments.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders as well as business and IT architects to develop comprehensive business cases.
Clarify the business context, including stakeholders, issues, and objectives.
Analyze and document the current state and business processes.
Gather, validate, and formalize business needs and requirements.
Develop and assess solution scenarios, and recommend the most appropriate options.
Define solution components, including the minimum viable product (MVP).
Estimate costs, efforts, and identify delivery risks.
Contribute to implementation planning and high-level change management strategies.
Collaborate on procurement-related activities and requirements.
Participate in the execution phase, including product backlog management.
Contribute to strategic business cases, particularly in financial and monetary exchange contexts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
University degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in pre-project phases (business cases, opportunity assessments).
Proven experience working on large-scale, complex initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of autonomy, leadership, and influence.
Strong attention to detail and rigor.
Collaborative mindset with a client-oriented approach.
Adaptability and comfort working in agile environments.
Excellent communication skills.
Assets:
IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).
SAFe certification.
BDNM certification
