Social Media and Receptionist Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage our
social media presence across various platforms including Instagram and
Facebook, spearhead email campaigns, and oversee in-clinic marketing
initiatives. Additionally, this role will involve handling
receptionist duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer
service within our clinic.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand
awareness and engagement.
* Create and curate content for Instagram and Facebook, including
posts, stories, and interactive features.
* Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage
with followers.
* Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote clinic
services, events, and specials.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop in-clinic marketing
materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage.
* Assist with receptionist duties including answering phones,
scheduling appointments, and greeting patients.
* Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the clinic,
ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all visitors.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social
media and marketing.
* Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience managing social media accounts for businesses
or organizations.
* Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create
engaging content.
* Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
platforms.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp,
Constant Contact).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional
demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
* Prior experience in receptionist or customer service roles is an
asset.
* Knowledge of dermatology or healthcare industry is preferred but
not required.
Schedule: This is a part-time position, with flexible hours totaling
approximately 25 hours per week with the possibility of turning into a
full-time position. The schedule will include weekdays only.
