Job Description

YOUR DAILY

  • Assist territory representatives and USA Commercial Director in application of technical knowledge in sales effort;
  • Oversee the scheduling and execution of customer start-ups and ongoing customer service relationships;
  • Support our farmers with remote troubleshooting, software updates, and ordering replacement parts and mechanical/electronical repair of products.;
  • Spanish language resource for customers (preferred but not required);
  • Willingness to travel to farms for training and service when needed (preferred).

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Spanish skills (speaking) preferred;
  • Organized and detail oriented;
  • Farm animal experience preferred but not required.
