TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

• Strategic Planning: You are responsible for detailed project planning, creating project plans, and managing schedules for multiple experts.
• Team Optimization: In close collaboration with team leaders, you identify and allocate tasks within the team based on individual strengths, maximizing operational efficiency and the quality of deliverables.
• Monitoring and Forecast Management: You ensure compliance with established timelines and oversee budgets by conducting regular assessments with the production team and account managers.
• Bridge between Sales and Production: You are the central pivot ensuring strategic and operational alignment between the sales team and the production team.
• Optimization of Operational Reports and Dashboards: Your mission is to conduct in-depth analysis and update operational dashboards to ensure the effectiveness of the organizational structure while guiding strategic choices.
• Continuous Improvement: You take a proactive approach by identifying opportunities to improve planning processes, implementing more efficient methodologies, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.

PROFILE SOUGHT:

• DEC and/or BAC in administration or any other relevant degree;
• Previous experience in an agency/technology firm;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage changing priorities, and show resilience in the face of operational challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and motivate team members towards common goals.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of planning processes, project management, and team optimization;
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets;
• Mastery of a project management tool (Teamwork an asset);
• Knowledge of CRM Hubspot (an asset);
• Proven skills in resource needs analysis, realistic scheduling, and workload management.
• Excellent proficiency in French and advanced English, as the job requires interactions with internal and external clients in English*.
• *This requirement is necessary as part of this role, as you will need to engage with clients in English-speaking Canada and the United States on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing.
