Development Team Leader

Within the programming team and reporting to the President, the programmer will be called upon to work on various internal and external projects mainly surrounding the typing environment and the ERPNext management software package.

Responsibilities 

•  Ensure the proper functioning of the various ERPNext installations under our responsibility 
•  Customize the software package according to the needs of our customers 
•  Develop and implement new features, both for our customers and for us, as well as the ERPNext community 
•  Develop and maintain different personalized applications linked to the Frappe environment 
•  Offer high-level support in the use of the software package 
•  Monitoring of internal and external projects surrounding the ERPNext management software package 
•  Contribute to the success of several companies in their daily life 

Qualifications 

•  Full-stack developer 
•  Minimum of 5+ years of experience with ERPNext/Frappe 
•  In-depth understanding of the Frappe framework, REST APIs and web technologies in general 
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
•  Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes 
•  Experience with Docker 
•  Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure platforms 
•  Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune) 
•  Bilingualism (oral and written) 
•  Excellent knowledge of Linux operating system 
•  Excellent knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL languages 
•  Experience with management software packages other than ERPNext
