System and Infrastructure Administrator (Expertise in Cisco UCS, Linux & Citrix)

Techso is looking to expand its IT team. You will work as a System & Infrastructure Administrator to meet the needs of our clients based in Montreal or across Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, optimize, and maintain server infrastructures and virtualized systems, particularly Cisco UCS and Linux systems.
• Design, deploy, and administer Citrix architectures (XenApp, XenDesktop, etc.) tailored to business needs, while ensuring the security and stability of the environments.
• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams, particularly responding to level 3 incidents and supporting the development of Citrix solutions.
• Collaborate with IT project teams to define and implement innovative and strategic solutions.
• Implement security, performance, and best practice procedures to ensure system efficiency and stability.

Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in server infrastructure administration and optimization, with in-depth knowledge of Cisco UCS, Linux, and Citrix solutions = 6 years.
• Solid experience in virtualized environments and managing complex architectures.
• Ability to resolve advanced technical issues and To respond effectively to Level 3 incidents
• Technical certifications (Cisco, Linux, Citrix) highly appreciated
• Good project management skills and ability to collaborate with various IT teams and partners to carry out strategic projects
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, since some of your clients will be English-speaking
