3DEXPERIENCE - PLM Functional Consultant

As global leader in digital transformation, Techso is a rapidly growing consulting firm offering expertise in three core areas: IT infrastructure management (IT), custom application development (DEV), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Founded in 2014, Techso has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects to prestigious clients across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, event management, watchmaking, finance, and more.

Our mission is to guide manufacturers toward 2026 by providing cutting-edge technological and human solutions designed to optimize processes and strengthen collaboration. Guided by our core values — enjoyment, trust, efficiency, and quality — we prioritize quality over quantity and believe that sustainable growth stems from a workplace where people genuinely enjoy what they do.

Joining Techso means becoming part of a team of passionate experts working on strategic, large-scale international projects, where your expertise will have a real and lasting impact.

Your Role

As a PLM Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients. You’ll guide them through the definition, analysis, and implementation of digital solutions tailored to their business needs, primarily within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain, for major projects in Canada and France.

At Techso, you won’t just be another cog in the machine — you’ll be at the heart of the action, listening to client needs, proposing concrete solutions, and contributing throughout the development cycle, from functional analysis to deployment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize client functional requirements.
  • Draft detailed functional specifications.
  • Participate in defining and executing user acceptance tests (UAT).
  • Support change management and deliver user training.
  • Provide functional support during deployment and post go-live.
  • Act as the client’s main point of contact throughout the project.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and contribute to engineering support activities.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and digital manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes tools: 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA.
  • Proficient in 3D modeling using CAD tools such as CATIA or NX.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to collaborate daily with colleagues and clients in Quebec and abroad.
  • Open to international mobility (assignments of 6 to 24 months in Europe, Asia, or North America).
  • Ability to work on projects requiring defense-related clearance (an asset).

Why Join Techso?

  • An inspiring environment: Bright offices in the heart of Old Montreal, with a terrace to enjoy sunny days.
  • Flexibility and balance: A hybrid work policy tailored to projects and clients.
  • Everyday well-being: Breakfasts, snacks, and unlimited coffee.
  • A vibrant social life: A dynamic, Techso-funded social club and sports club.
  • Unique opportunities: The chance to travel with a dedicated mobility package for consultants.
  • Impact beyond mandates: The opportunity to contribute to exciting internal projects that help the company grow.
  • A community of experts: A passionate team that shares knowledge and supports your professional development.
  • Security and peace of mind: A comprehensive private group insurance plan tailored to your needs.
