Training Advisor, Product Learning and Documentation

Job Level

NV-09As Training Advisor, Learning and Documentation, you help with the promotion and adoption of our solutions among our IT business sectors. You design, structure and update the documentation for our platforms and products as well as the interactive content needed to train their users.You advise and assist the internal platform development and operating teams in the development of technical documents for our business clients.You help develop a consistent client experience and promote it among the product managers/owners. You recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require in-depth knowledge of your field.You develop recommendations, solutions and action plans in line with the organization's objectives and priorities. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Highly developed interpersonal skills are therefore essential.You act as a resource person in your field for your unit, for a dedicated clientele and for partners.

Additional responsabilites

  • Develop guidelines relating to the organization, referencing and publication of technical documents in line with our products and platforms

  • Implement and maintain a methodology/process for generating documents integrated into the platform's development cycle

  • Structure and orient the content for the various target roles of our business sectors

  • Identify, structure and animate the training content to create lively, stimulating presentation supports

  • Gather user/participant feedback, identify needs and adapt the content accordingly

  • Collaborate with the other campus and training actors in the organization so as to harmonize the practices and associated models

Other working condition

  • Number of job available : 1


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience

  • Experience with dynamic content management systems (CMS); documentation portal

  • Experience working with IT developers, operators and architects

  • Experience with design notions, marketing and corporate communications
