Support Technician - Level 2

As a Level 2 technical support technician for our after-sales service, you will be responsible for the support related to the robotic products offered by Kinova. Among other things, you will have to follow up on technical support requests to ensure that our products are 100% functional and that their performance meets our customers' expectations.


  • Act as level 2 technical support technician for Kinova products;
  • Perform the required software tests (regression-compilation-reproduction) in order to solve the problems reported by the client and complete the analyzes to determine the faulty programming modules or elements;
  • Communicate regularly with the after-sales service manager about reactions related to products (training, trends and technical issues, etc.);
  • Perform the necessary tests and calibrations to ensure the compliance of our robotic products;
  • Participate in periodic follow-ups with customers the;
  • Understand, document, create methodologies related to integrations.
  • Meet the standards for ISO 13485 Quality standards.
