As part of our high added value services for one of our key clients in the banking sector, we are recruiting a Scrum Master in our teams. What about everyday life? • Oversee the planning of systems development activities; • Oversee the daily activities of the project and including the scope, costs, quality, schedule and management of internal and external resources; • Act as a "coach" with your colleagues less experienced in the use of the group's development methodology; • Understand business needs, understand the issues and ensure that optimal solutions are put in place. • Ensure the mobilization of the team (squad) in agile mode and ensure the coaching of good practices, in continuous improvement mode; • Follow the development teams in Agile mode (Scrum Approach), by matching the need and potential changes; • Aligning the planning of development activities with the overall planning of project delivery; • Control the costs and deadlines of the deliverables under his supervision while respecting the service offer produced and justifying the deviations if there are takes place; • Attend project management meetings. • Make sound management of risks, issues and interdependencies with other projects or development environments; • Manage change requests and outstanding items related to deliverables; • Provide status advancement and any other communication required. Profile sought? • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and six years of experience relevant or Master's degree related to the sector of activity and four years of relevant experience; • 4 years experience in project management including the management of application development projects; • Experience of at least 5 years in management of technological solutions deliveries; • Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team; • In-depth knowledge of the Jira tool and comfortable with flow time concepts; • Recognized as an expert in agility in the field of application development; • Knowledge of the SDLC development cycle, desirable; • Knowledge of development methodologies (traditional, agile, iteration); • Mastery of project management practices; • Bilingualism (spoken / written) French and English.
