NV-10The Operational Performance Department is responsible for the planning and performance activities of the IT Service Centre Administrative Department. The team’s main responsibilities are overseeing budget management, workforce planning and skills development. The Operational Performance Department also specializes in producing management information and analyses that are used to monitor the performance of contact, interaction, incident and order management. The Operational Performance Department is responsible for operationalizing IT projects and changes, overseeing operational processes and managing digital channels. As senior advisor, IT Service Centre, you will plan, coordinate and implement various internal initiatives as part of our administrative department’s service offer development. Based on the objectives, you will establish work plans and coordinate delivery with various collaborators using a matrix approach. You will also provide executive reporting to the management committee.You will make recommendations on the development and delivery of files and projects with a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity. These will require analysis and a comprehensive, detailed understanding of the business and the organization. Coordination will be critical. You will be called upon to interact with a large number of stakeholders who work in a variety of fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.You will serve as a specialized advisor and subject matter expert in your field, and will act as a contact and coach for decision-makers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project coordination and delivery
  • Experience in preparing documents intended for senior management
