NV-09As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will contribute to IT efficiency. You will design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade computer networks, management systems and database servers in accordance with the organization's needs. Your role will consist in diagnosing complex issues and situations related to your field. You will provide advice in accordance with the rules of your discipline in order to recommend solutions for improving or optimizing standards, policies and programs. You will propose appropriate implementation plans. The nature of the files and projects will require in-depth expertise in your field of activity. You will serve as a coordinator in the planning, development and execution of mandates and projects. You will help solve complex problems that require analysis and in-depth understanding of the line of business. Coordination is critical, and so you will frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You will act as a resource person in your field for your unit, for a dedicated clientele and for partners.

More specifically, as a member of a regulatory squad, you will be responsible for the quality of the deliverables produced in addition to participating in the analysis and coaching of developers in the implementation of automated tests (unit, integrated and regression). Our team has just been created and we need people who are teamwork-oriented and, most importantly, care about the quality of the service provided to our clients and business partners. Our department’s role is to ensure a modern, harmonized and optimal delivery method for the entire Administrative Department, contributing to regulatory projects for financing solutions (dedicated squads). Part of our role is to serve as advisors and strategic coaches, seeking solutions and representing specialized expertise in regulatory compliance, Basel, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and solutions development (Java Web, Hogan).

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to support testing phases, implementation strategies and quality assurance testing; inform decision-making; and monitor the application of management policies and practices. Analyze risks, prepare reports, propose solutions, make recommendations, and provide advice on how to implement recommendations
  • Prepare and recommend action plans and address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
  • Actively help develop, implement and update management policies, practices and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Four years of relevant experience
