Working Conditions / Description

The challenges ahead:

Under the authority of the immediate superior, the incumbent will be responsible for documenting and improving internal business and operational processes with the Innovation and Information Technology Department. technologies (SIT), as well as all processes related to partners of other business units. The incumbent promotes process improvement and acts as a facilitator of process workshops with team members at all levels.

And more specifically :

  • Define the process optimization plan, identify the processes to optimize and prioritize and present the main recommendations to the management team.
  • Participate in projects strategic prioritization and continuous process improvement in collaboration with process owners.
  • Mapping current and future processes, performing gap analyzes and helping to define change strategies.
  • Participate in needs analysis activities, collect and document business requirements and make recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
  • Guider and assist matrix project teams for the Organizational Transformation Program.
  • Work with colleagues to translate business needs into business requirements.
  • Facilitate multi-disciplinary work sessions aimed at to develop optimized solutions.
  • Develop and implement more efficient solutions by incorporating an integrated systems approach (People - Processes -Technology).
  • Design and implement new ones process, develop and deliver training and support in change management.
  • Control existing processes using key performance metrics and dashboards
  • Develop standards , standards, methodologies, processes, procedures, tools, and control systems related to business process optimization.

Position Requirement

The profile sought:

  • Be tit a degree in Administration, Computer Science or any other field deemed relevant;
  • Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in the design and implementation of the Delivery Management Process. IT services;
  • Know the ITIL and COBIT processes;
  • Know the process documentation methodology in BPMN;
  • Possess change management skills.
