IT Technician

Main tasks:
- Server management and updates (DHCP, DNS, files, etc.)
- Needs assessment of the park
- Management of users, groups in AD
- Management of backups with Veeam
- Organization of IT projects
- Maintenance of licenses, guarantees and service contracts
- Support for users of the 7 group companies
- Purchase and configuration of network devices and servers
- Management of telephone systems
- Document and maintain each intervention in the ticket tracking software
- Perform the installation and configuration of various computer equipment (printers, televisions, IP cameras, etc.)
- Keep procedures up to date
- Do wiring when necessary
- Intervene in the factory for various problems, configurations, etc.
- Keep an eye open on the latest technologies
- Provide assistance to the technician first line when needed.

- Team of three IT technicians
Working conditions:

Requirements
- DEP with experience or DEC in computer science, or equivalent experience
- Be able to move easily
- Ability to work at height (wiring, AP, cameras, etc.)
- Being bilingual, an asset
