IT Technician

Main tasks:

  • Server management and updates (DHCP, DNS, files, etc.)
  • Needs assessment of the park
  • Management of users, groups in AD
  • Management of backups with Veeam
  • Organization of IT projects
  • Maintenance of licenses, guarantees and service contracts
  • Support for users of the 7 group companies
  • Purchase and configuration of network devices and servers
  • Management of telephone systems
  • Document and maintain each intervention in the ticket tracking software
  • Perform the installation and configuration of various computer equipment (printers, televisions, IP cameras, etc.)
  • Keep procedures up to date
  • Do wiring when necessary
  • Intervene in the factory for various problems, configurations, etc.
  • Keep an eye open on the latest technologies
  • Provide assistance to the technician first line when needed.

  • GLPI ( management of IT requests and tickets)
  • Team of three IT technicians

Working conditions:

Requirements

  • DEP with experience or DEC in computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Be able to move easily
  • Ability to work at height (wiring, AP, cameras, etc.)
  • Being bilingual, an asset
