IT Technician

Are problem solving and quality customer service two strong skills for you? You would make a great computer technician at kezber! We are looking for that person who will be able to respond to internal or external clients within a reasonable timeframe, while providing personalized service.

  • You will provide support to first line to users for the different systems in use, either by phone or email;
  • You will act as the first point of contact with customers and direct them to the right stakeholders;
  • You will have to ensure the management of tickets and follow them up;
  • On a daily basis, you will install, configure and keep up-to-date computer hardware including equipment and software;
  • You will assist network and system administrators and participate in diagnosing the various problems encountered in order to propose innovative solutions;
  • Your participation in the organization of updating licenses, software and renewal of the IT equipment will be required;
  • On a regular basis, you will offer technical support to users;
  • You will have to document your actions and carry out technical writing;
  • You will enter your time daily in the management system;
  • You will have to be on call (on-call) according to the needs of the company;
  • You will have to stay abreast of new technologies;


  • You have a DEC or an AEC in computer science;
  • You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • If you have experience with industrial systems and technologies, that is an asset!
  • Having a Microsoft Certification is also an asset;
  • You master the following technologies: Windows Server (all versions), ActiveDirectory, Networking, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Hyper-V / VMware, Company anti-virus (trend micro is an asset), Company backup system (BackupExec , Veeam, Altaro Etc), Pare-f eu enterprise (SonicWALL, WatchGuard, Checkpoint and others), Sharepoint, Cisco products and technologies;
  • You have good knowledge of the following products: Office 365, Microsoft CRM, Great Plains, Microsoft Teams and Azure ;
  • Knowledge of the following products is an asset: Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop / XenServer;
  • You have a driver’s license;
  • You are bilingual (French , English);


  • You have strong interpersonal skills and you are able to handle dissatisfaction diplomatically;
  • You communicate well, both orally and in writing;
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Work independently is not a problem for you!
  • You have a sense of priorities;
  • Ability to work under pressure and have the ability to adapt in a changing environment constant evolution;
  • Your leadership, your thoroughness and your rigor r are recognized by you;
