NV-09La Direction Principale Centre d’Expertise Relations Clients a comme mission de soutenir les employés de première ligne avec un éventail d’outils évolués permettant de répondre à des besoins élargis de traitement des interactions avec nos membres et clients.À titre d’Analyste fonctionnel(le) TI - Solutions Centre relations clients, vous êtes membre d’une des escouades ayant pour mission de développer et maintenir les solutions technologiques derrière l’assistante virtuelle Desjardins pour les Centre de Relations Clients (CRC), une initiative d’envergure où l’aptitude à gérer la complexité est essentielle.Vous agirez à titre de spécialiste de contenu et de qualité dans la livraison et le maintien des solutions. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les différents partenaires internes et fournisseurs externes afin d’identifier les solutions et répondre aux besoins d’affaires dans les Centres de relations de Desjardins.
General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities
Help clients define their needs. Identify, input, analyze and interpret data and functional requirements to inform decision-making on IT solutions and the best practices developement
Analyze risks, write moderately complex reports and test cases and propose solutions. Prepare recommendations and provide advice on how to implement them
Prepare and recommend action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
Actively help develop, implement and update management policies, practices and standards
Other working conditions
Work location: Montreal or Levis, depending on the candidate's preference. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
