• Facilitate committees and workshops involving stakeholders from different sectors to understand scenarios / pr business oblemes • Be able to produce different types of analysis (feasibility, impacts, process) and communicate the results to stakeholders • Analyze, document and prioritize the different types of requirements and business needs • Identify, analyze, document the current processes, then, propose, confirm and disseminate the target processes in using recognized modeling techniques • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas, to identify and objectively explain problems and their solutions from the user's perspective as well as that of the company. • Develop communication deliverables to support the common understanding of the issues and promote the mobilization of stakeholders • Participate actively define strategies and test scenarios and participate in tests with the project team • Evaluate, formulate recommendations, design, validate solutions and develop the action plan to implement solutions that meet the needs. • Define the business solutions, while ensuring their consistency and relevance in relation to business objectives and the challenges of the organization. • Ensure the adequacy ( traceability) of solutions, technological architectural elements and elements of functional analysis with business needs and ensure traceability between the different levels of definition of needs. More specifically: • Act as an expert and provide opinions in his field of activity by integrating several fields of activity; • Possess a good understanding of the domain's business process • Support users and the Product owner when defining needs and mapping ographies of process, solution design, change acceptance process and problem solving. • Participate in design workshops with architects, business analysts business and the business line. • Participate in the design and implementation of the development and test strategy. • Develop solution recommendations if workarounds are necessary. • Participate in the production release and support of the solution during the stabilization phase.
