NV-08The Workday solution department is currently looking for an HR technology enthusiast to serve a HR system development AnalystYou will contribute to IT efficiency. You will design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade computer networks, management systems and database servers in accordance with the organization’s needs. You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You drive results by reviewing complex requests and helping promote and sell products and services based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies.You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.You work with clients who have development potential for your sector. You analyze member/client needs and help develop and implement personalized solutions. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

Main responsibilities

  • Help clients define their needs and identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform IT solution decisions and monitor the application of management policies and practices
  • Analyze risks and write reports and test cases. Prepare recommendations and provide advice on how to implement them
  • Help prepare and propose action plans to develop and roll out solutions and address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
  • Install, configure and support data structures for target environments and applications, ensuring their security and integrity
  • Identify the processes involved in implementing the technological solution, and make sure they are analyzed and optimized
  • Translate business needs into a technological HR and Payroll reality
  • Configure the system or processes to meet the defined business and functional requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR or other relevant field
  • At least two years of proven experience in project management and implementing integrated/software solutions for human resources (ideally Workday)
