Job summary Under the supervision of the Service Director and as a member of the Service Management Committee, the person holding the position Head of Division is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all infrastructure and platforms technological developments. She also manages the User Support Call Center, ensures a high level of availability of critical information resources for the city, manages the budgets necessary for the mission of her team and ensures the acquisition of hardware and software. Required.

Job requirements

Training Bachelor's degree in management information technology or related field (all combinations of experience and training will also be considered).

Relevant experience Minimum: 7 years of experience in the field of information technology, including 3 in personnel management; 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects in any of the following niches: telecommunications, telephony, server virtualization, deployment of cloud computing solutions (IasS, PasS, SasS, or other), information and access security , domain administration, physical network protection (firewalls), workstations and office automation, etc.

Others Advanced level knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, VM-Ware, Veeam BackUp, CISCO and Nortel telecommunications equipment, Windows 2010 servers, Microsoft Exchange 2007 and the evolution of these products; Advanced level knowledge of management and maintenance of server room (virtual and physical) Advanced knowledge of service management IT defects (incidents, requests, problems) in an ITSM (Helpdesk) type tool Intermediate level knowledge of network infrastructure and configuration; Intermediate level knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and Anti-Virus systems; Intermediate knowledge in the field of cybersecurity and best practices in prevention against cybercrime attacks; Intermediate knowledge in the field of management of projects; Intermediate knowledge of spoken and written English; Being available outside normal working hours to deal with computer emergencies ( availability bonus) Driving license, class 5.

Assets Certification and / or knowledge of ITIL service management (Foundation);

Implementation of performance indicators and monitoring of service levels d in an IT service center; Advanced level knowledge of the diagnosis and repair of computer equipment;

Salary The salary is established according to class 18 of the equity framework protocol, that is to say at the minimum hourly rate of $ 51.39 and a maximum hourly rate of $ 58.40.

Schedule Full time position at a rate of 35 hours / week.
