Full Stack Developer

Well established in Ville St-Laurent, this international company and pioneer in its field is looking for a Full Stack Developer to operate on its complete infrastructure in order to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the technology.

This is a full-time, temporary position for one year, with a strong possibility of extension.

As a developer, you will work in a cross-functional team with the product manager, designers and lead developer to jointly develop digital products.

Your main role and responsibilities:

_ Use Agile engineering practices and various web development software and technologies to rapidly develop creative and effective solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience.

_ Collaborate with other team members to create clear user scenarios and design tests for prototypes and products.

_ Communicate with IT teams about digital innovations.

_ Communicate with business partners about Agile processes to establish and manage expectations for delivery methods and timelines.

_ Be an agent of change and a promoter of the Agile mentality.

_ Contribute to a collaborative and stimulating work environment and bring ideas for innovation.

Qualifications required:

_ University degree in computer science or software engineering

_ Minimum 5 years of programming experience in C# and .NET (4.7+ or Core)

_ Experience and working knowledge of HTML / CSS and knowledge of Angular (versions 2 to 7), NGXS, Progressive Web App

_ Working knowledge of Azure development

_ Strong knowledge of Microservices and experience of their development

_ Experience using VSTS (Azure DevOps) is an asset

_ Experience in unit testing and automated functional testing

_ Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery and test-driven development

_ Strong autonomy and ability to adapt in an R & D environment

_ Bilingualism (French and English)
