If you would like to play a central role in stimulating technology projects aimed at promoting organizational growth, come join our dynamic IT team.The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) at LBC Tech in the planning, execution, control of projects contributing to project delivery within the established deadlines and budgets to the satisfaction of the bank business lines

Responsibilities

Supports PMO in the application of the methodology and required follow-upsPerforms various financial analyses, such as reconciliations and variance analysesSupports preparation of budgets and forecasts on projects and track financial project metrics Assists with the execution of project management office (PMO) functional tasks, and supporting the production of a variety of management reportsInteracts regularly with the lead/supervisor to present various analyses, discuss recommendations and provide project financial adviceSupports PMO in developing budget planning scenarios and preparing timelines.Identifies project financial and scheduling issues and makes recommendations to Project Managers as needed.Informs Project Managers of any irregularity with deliverables and financial gapsPerforms minute taking, records decisions and discussions, and tracking of action items

Qualifications

University degree. Major in Accounting, Finance, or Business ManagementAt least 5 years experience in coordination and/or projects control Advanced knowledge in MS Project and best practices in project management and PMI terms of referenceTeamwork, interpersonal skills and good communication with different partners and clientsDemonstrate autonomy and initiativeProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsPossess practical knowledge of Microsoft office toolsBilingualism is an asset (French & English)AssetsExperience in the Banking sectorExperience working in an financial analysis roleGood understanding of a project life cycleWork experience with the enterprise version of MS ProjectWork Experience with Microsoft Project Online
