The Technology Services Operations Branch supports the organization with software, computer equipment and networks to ensure the development and evolution of the technology platform used by the SQI resources and the application portfolio of the organization's information systems. This directorate is also responsible for operating a user services unit so that all requests for goods and services are handled on time and according to agreed standards.
