Description: Reporting to the business analysis and architecture team leader, the BI developer participates in the development and evolution of BI applications including needs analysis, design, programming and documentation to deliver solutions that support the organization's business processes and management decisions. It works closely with other members of its team as well as other IT sectors (business analysis). , development, infrastructure and service center).

  • Develop, test applications and data integration solutions with Microsoft Power BI;
  • Perform technical analysis and determine the achievement efforts based on business needs;
  • Adhere to processes to minimize data quality risks and proactively identify potential data issues;
  • Produce SQL coding, reports, and cubes using the appropriate BI toolkits;
  • Contribute to the solution architecture and the detailed design of the solution;

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvement;
  • Develop SQL database programs (ETL);
  • Perform unit and integrated tests;
  • Provide second-line support for system users;
  • Act as an expert in its business domain between internal users and internal or external service providers;

  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation;
  • Knowledge of TFS / VSTS / DevOps;
  • Knowledge of analytical methodologies;
  • Bilingual oral and written (French / English).
