As part of our high added value services for one of our key clients in the banking sector, we are recruiting a Business Analyst in our teams. What about everyday life? • Perform various analyzes, assess the impacts on current solutions, optimize the efficiency of the system having more than Our integration points with other systems. • Understand and document business needs and processes, functional design, test cases and results. • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas, and to objectively identify and explain problems and their solutions from a user as well as a business perspective. • Evaluate, formulate recommendations, design, validate solutions and develop the action plan to implement solutions that meet the needs. • Define business solutions, while ensuring their consistency and relevance in relation to business objectives and the challenges of the organization. • Ensure the adequacy (traceability) of solutions, elements of technological architecture and elements of functional analysis with business needs and ensure traceability between different erent levels of definition of needs.

More specifically: • Act as an expert and provide opinions in their field of activity by integrating several fields of activity; • Have a good understanding of the business process in the field to ensure that they are supported by our ecosystem and / or new fintech; • Support users and the Product owner during the definition of needs and process maps, the design of the solution, the acceptance process change and problem solving; • Participate in design workshops with architects, business analysts and the business line; • Design and write quality functional files intended for teams of developers, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with c the system; • Design and configure the identified software (if required); • Design control tools from the software identified (if required); • Define and ensure the application of security profiles; • Participate in the design and implementation of the development and testing strategy; • Comply with norms and standards and update documentation; • Participate in the drafting and execution of test cases at different levels (functional unit, integration, E2E, regression) both manual and automated; • Create the identified anomaliesin Jira and follow the correction; • Collaborate with developers when required in the realization of the solution; • Develop solution recommendations if workarounds are necessary; • Participate in the production and support of the solution during the stabilization phase. Profile sought? • University degree in computer science or equivalent; • Minimum of 5 years of 'experience as an analyst; • Knowledge of banking industry; • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both languages official; • Strong analytical skills; • Team spirit and collaboration.
