NV-07As an Analyst - IT Quality Assurance, you support IT efficiency by configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading small-scale computer networks, management systems, database servers and business solutions in accordance with the organization’s needs. You analyze issues related to IT deliveries, rollouts, controls and quality assurance. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit and help prepare opinions and implementation plans in accordance with your discipline’s rules.You conduct analysis, develop the initial outlines of tools and processes and prepare the required documentation. You draw on your general knowledge of your line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields.You assist clients and partners.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, input, analyze and interpret data based on your overall knowledge of the business area to inform decision-making and the best practices in quality assurance and application development

  • Help analyze risks, write reports and implement recommendations 

  • Help prepare and propose action plans to develop and roll out solutions and address issues in accordance with rules and parameters

  • Help develop and optimize procedures and documentation and implement tools for your line of work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
