As part of our high-level services added value for one of our key clients in the banking sector, we are recruiting an AI and analysis Project Manager in our teams. Contexte We are looking for a competent, experienced and motivated Product Manager with experience in advanced analysis and t artificial intelligence (AAAI). As a Product Manager, you will work at the AAIA Center of Excellence (AAAI CE) and you will play a central role in continuing and streamlining AAIA strategic products. The bulk of the work would be to analyze, define, manage and participate in the evolution of AI-based products for AAIA strategy within the company. What about everyday life? • Define the vision, strategy and product requirements and AAAI / Data implementations; • Perform product research (internal or external), perform competitive analysis and identify benefits; • Define the product roadmap by based on business results and benefits; • Manage and promote product plans, goals and progress against plans and key indicators of performance with all stakeholders (DataScience, data engineering, data platform and sales managers); • Help the AAIA CE team to develop the model by clarifying the operational priorities of the projects and determining and establish the scope of data pipelines, as needed; • Prioritize features and resources to ensure that AAIA's core resources are working on solutions with the greatest impact; • Become the Subject Matter Expert for AAAI products and manage communication with stakeholders and team alignment; • Identify new opportunities based on research, industry trends / leading practices, promote cross-functional ideas and provide leadership to build / deploy innovative products; • Establish / maintain relationships with key business and technology stakeholders and f enable / promote alignment among key stakeholders; • Collaborate with key stakeholders to make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions; • Bring product to production, monitor and '' continually refine, and act as the 'custodian (and communicator) of the vision'; • Ensure Collaboration and coordination within the AAIA EC (including data analysts, data scientists , Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Data Architects); • Coordinate with other product managers and other stakeholders within business lines and functionsof the company. Profile sought? BAC + 3 or BAC + 4 in IT, business management, in information systems or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in AAAI product management and product management coaching; • At least 10 years of 'relevant experience in the field of information technology or business which allowed the candidate to get a fairly precise idea of ​​the role of the target client to understand what he does and what he considers valuable; • More than 10 years of experience in various positions and increasing responsibilities within the business and IT; • Demonstrated experience in mobilizing senior executives and other stakeholders to support business decisions important to AI strategy; • Demonstrated knowledge of the discipline of product management; • Autonomy, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment emic and ability to effectively manage change; • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral and listening); • Demonstrated experience in data science and big data analysis solutions and technologies; • At least 10 years of experience in or with lean and agile software delivery teams; • More than 10 years of experience in working with design professionals, as part of a design thinking process.
